All Notary services are offered; Oaths, Signing Agent for Real Estate Closings, Authentications, Acknowledgements, Copy Certifications and Apostilles, among other “Official Acts”. Additionally Mobile Notary services are occasionally hired as “Problem Wranglers“ or “Signing agents“ to accomplish tasks for an Individual of another location. Services are performed at a location of your choosing; your Home, office, Hospital, Nursing Home. I have even completed Loan Closings on the hood of a car in a Walmart parking lot by street light! Printing is also available.
A Notary does not always need to watch as you sign a document. However most of the time it is required. Best practice is to wait to sign your legal document with your Notary observing you.
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by the Colorado Secretary of State — to serve the public as a trustworthy, impartial witness or signing agent, to a variety of official actions related to the finalizing of important contracts, statements or actions, documents or official Acts. Notarial acts include; witnessing signing of documents, giving Oaths, certifying copies of documents, and more. Notaries are publicly commissioned as “ministerial” officials, meaning that they are expected to follow written rules without the exercise of significant personal discretion, as would otherwise be the case with a “judicial” official.
There are a number of official acts and documents that require a Notary. The Notary establishes the authenticity of a document by verifying the idenity of the document’s signer. Individuals encounter notaries frequently during a closing on a house. Home mortgage closings feature a number of legal documents which must be signed, and those signatures must be witnessed. A Notary Public can witness and certify the signatures on these important documents.

We come to you! Simply contact us by phone, text, email or via this site to schedule a time and a place to meet. Have your form of ID and the documents that require a notary stamp. We will meet, I will verify your identity, witness your signature, apply my official stamp and VOILA, on your way you go. You can be confident that our service is trusted and experienced It's that simple.
Within the Zone
There is a service fee of $70 for much of the Denver area (please see the Services Area section for a complete listing of the neighborhoods included at this rate). The State of Colorado mandates a maximum of $15 for each Notary Stamp. At this point in time I will be charging $10 for each Notary Stamp I apply. Mileage is figured into the Service Fee as are Taxes.
Payment can be completed by Cash, Check, via PayPal, Venmo or I can invoice your firm for an additional fee.
